American 18-year-old starlet Miley Cyrus is flaunting a super-toned body these days, and according to fitness blogger FitSugar, she has Hollywood Pilates guru Mari Winsor to thank.
“Her results are due to her commitment, hard work, and everyday workouts,” said Winsor in an interview with FitSugar on Wednesday. “I believe what attracts all stars to Pilates is that it’s safe, effective, and the results are very fast when done correctly.”
